Indicators Of Good Governance In The New Legal Framework Regulating Investment In Algeria: An Analytical Study

Résumé: Investment regulations are critical in promoting and ensuring good governance within a regulatory and legislative framework. This analytical study highlights the governance indicators in the landscape of the updated legal framework for investment in Algeria. It is a reading that enables researchers, managers, investors, and policymakers to understand the impact of the recently implemented regulatory and legislative governing investment in Algeria on the principles of Good Governance. Correspondingly, it allows them to distinguish the measures and implementing mechanisms established in order to reflect those principles on the management practices of administration and the various investment organizations and organs in Algeria.
