الآليات الإدارية الردعية كإلية قانونية لحماية المصلحة الاقتصادية للمستهلك (الأجهزة الإدارية التقليدية نموذجا)

Résumé: المستهلك هو محور العملية الإنتاجية باعتباره يقبل على اقتناء السلع بمختلف أنواعها ، و في ظل اقتصاد السوق و المنافسة الحرية ، اهتمت التشريعات بحماية مصالح المستهلك التي من بينها المصلحة الاقتصادية او ما يعبر عنها المصلحة المادية ، و لمواجهة المخاطر التي تهدد هذه المصلحة التزمت الدول التي انتهجت السوق الحر إلى وضع آليات لحماية هذه المصلحة في مواجهة المنافسة غير الشريفة ببين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين ، و من بين هذه الآليات الإلية الإدارية المتمثلة في الجزاءات الإدارية ، كما تعددت الأجهزة التي أعطيت لها هذه الإلية لردع كل مخالف ، و من بين هذه الأجهزة نجد الأجهزة الإدارية التقليدية الي أوكلت لها مهمة توقيع جزاءات إدارية على كل متعامل اقتصادي خالف القوانين و اضر بالمصلحة الاقتصادية للمستهلك . الكلمات المفتاحية : المصلحة الاقتصادية ، الجزاءات الإدارية ، الإدارية التقليدية .
