طرق ومؤشرات قياس رأس المال الفكري في منظمات الأعمال - دراسة تحليلية-
Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى الاطلاع على وجهات النظر المتعددة الخاصة بكل من أهمية رأس المال الفكري، مكوناته، تقسيماته وطرق قياسه في منظمات الأعمال، وذلك بإتباع المنهج الاستقرائي. كما يساهم البحث في تحفيز دراسة مثل هذه المواضيع في منظمات الاعمال واستخلاص الفائدة من جميع تجارب الاخرين. خرج البحث باستنتاج مفاده أن رأس المال الفكري يحتاج إلى دراسات معمقة لحل الإشكالات التي تعاني منها طرق القياس، واقتراح بعض التوصيات الهادفة الى الاستفادة القصوى من رأس المال الفكري بهدف تفعيل دوره في تحسين كفاءة المنظمة وقيمتها السوقية. This research aimed to examine the multiple perspectives of each of the importance of intellectual capital., its components, subdivisions, measurement methods in business, by following the inductive approach. It also contributes to stimulate research in the study of such topics in business organizations and draw interest from all the experiences of others. The research concluded that intellectual capital needs to in-depth studies to solve problems faced by measurement methods, and propose some recommendations aimed at making the most of intellectual capital in order to improve its role in improving the efficiency of the company and it
