إشكالية العمل النقابي في ظل الانفتاح السياسي بالجزائر

Résumé: تحاول هذه الورقة إستيضاح حقيقة ممارسة العمل النقابي في الجزائرالذي ظل منذ الاستقلال محتكراً للدولة. ورغم القوانين التي فسحت المجال للتعددية النقابية منذ نهاية القرن الماضي إلا أن أساليب المراوغة من قبل السلطة وتَمَنُّعها عن التفاوض مع النقابات المستقلة إلا في مسائل محدودة، شكك في كون هذه الأخيرة تعتبر بالفعل شريك اجتماعي، وإنعكس على فاعلية الممارسة النقابية طيلة العقود الماضية.
