وهم الاستقرار بالهيمنة في ظل تغير القوة والتنافس الدولي

Résumé: الملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة للبحث في ظاهرة الهيمنة منطلقة في ذلك من استعراض المقاربات النظرية التي تناولت الهيمنة كآلية لفرض الاستقرار في نظام تطبع عليه الفوضى. وفي الوقت الذي جسدت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية نظريات الهيمنة على الساحة الدولية، كانت هناك دولا قوية غير راضية على هذا الوضع ، وتتحين الفرصة لتغييره بالاستزادة من القوة ومصادرها ضمن نظرية تحول القوة. وتأتي الصين ضمن أهم الدول المنافسة للهيمنة الأمريكية، والذي يثير صعودها توجسات الطرف الأمريكي، ويبعث على التخوف من حدوث صدام يعصف بالاستقرار العالمي، وهذا ما يزيد من مؤشرات تفنيد فرضية تحقيق الاستقرار . Abstract: This study seeks to study the phenomenon of hegemony in the international system, by reviewing the theoretical approaches that dealt with hegemony as a mechanism for imposing stability in a system characterized by chaos. At a time when the United States embodied theories of hegemony, there were powerful countries that were not satisfied with this situation, and were waiting for the opportunity to change it. And China is among these countries that compete for American hegemony, and raise fears of a confrontation that would undermine global stability, which refutes the premise of stability by hegemony.
