Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية تطوير آليات الدفع الالكتروني لبريد الجزائر في تعزيز الشمول المالي خلال الفترة (2018-2023)، حيث قمنا بعرض وتحليل أهم مؤشرات الشبكة البريدية، من خلال استعراض أهم التطورات التي شهدتها البنية التحتية البريدية ومختلف خدمات الدفع الالكتروني. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن بريد الجزائر يشارك بفعالية في الشمول المالي من خلال زيادة عدد مكاتب البريد، والشبابيك، وأجهزة الصراف الآلي ورفع عدد عمليات الدفع الالكتروني بالبطاقات النقدية خاصة الذهبية عبر مختلف الوسائل الالكترونية، غير أنه لابد من بذل المزيد من الجهود لتطوير الدفع الالكتروني والمساهمة أكثر في دفع عجلة الشمول المالي بما تتيحه البنية التحتية الحالية. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of developing electronic payment mechanisms of Algeria Post in enhancing financial inclusion during the period (2018-2023), where we presented and analyzed the most important indicators of the postal network, by reviewing the most important developments witnessed by the postal infrastructure and various electronic payment services. The study concluded that Algeria Post participates effectively in financial inclusion by increasing the number of post offices, windows, ATMs and increasing the number of electronic payment operations with cash cards, especially gold cards, through various electronic means. However, more efforts must be made to develop electronic payment and contribute more to advancing the wheel of financial inclusion with what the current infrastructure allows.
