الحوكمة ودورها في إدارة المخاطر المصرفية في البنوك

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى دور الحوكمة ومساهمتها في إدارة المخاطر المصرفية، باعتبار هذه الأخيرة ركيزة أساسية من ركائز الحوكمة في البنوك في ظل فصل الملكية عن الإدارة. حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل الدور الذي من الممكن ان تلعبه الحوكمة في دعم إدارة المخاطر المصرفية وترشيد عملها لتحقيق حوكمة المخاطر في البنوك. خلصت الدراسة الى ان الالتزام بمبادئ واليات الحوكمة من شانه تفعيل دور إدارة المخاطر المصرفية بما يتماشى وأهداف المساهمين والمودعين وأصحاب المصلحة وزيادة ثقتهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة، حوكمة البنوك، المخاطر، إدارة المخاطر المصرفية، حوكمة المخاطر. Abstract: The study aims to shed light on the role of governance and its contribution to banking risk management, as the latter is a fundamental pillar of governance in banks under the separation of ownership from management. The descriptive approach was used to describe and analyze the role that governance can play in supporting banking risk management and rationalizing its work to achieve risk management in banks. The study concluded that adherence to the principles and mechanisms of governance would activate the role of banking risk management in line with the objectives of the shareholders, depositors and stakeholders and increase their confidence.
