دور حوكمة المؤسسات في تفعيل ادارة المخاطر المصرفية: دراسة عينة من المؤسسات المصرفية الجزائرية

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور حوكمة المؤسسات في تفعيل ادرة المخاطر المصرفية في المؤسسات المصرفية الجزائرية، وتم استعمال لهذا الغرض استبيان وزع على البنوك العمومية والخاصة العاملة في القطاع المصرفي الجزائري. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تأثير حوكمة المؤسسات على إدارة المخاطر المصرفية ، يختلف من البنوك العمومية عن البنوك الخاصة، حيث أن في البنوك العمومية يقل تأثير الحوكمة على إدارة المخاطر المصرفية، لكن في البنوك الخاصة هناك تأثير واضح بين المتغيرين. وبصفة عامة هناك ضعف في تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية في القطاع المصرفي الجزائري رغم الاصلاحات الكثيرة التي باشرتها السلطات النقدية This study aims to study the role of corporate governance in activating the banking risk management in Algerian banking institutions. A questionnaire was used for this purpose, which was distributed to public and private banks operating in the Algerian banking sector. The study found that the impact of corporate governance on banking risk management differs from public banks from private banks. In public banks, the impact of corporate governance on banking risk management is low, but in private banks there is a clear effect between the two variables. Generally, there is weak implementation of the principles of banking governance in the Algerian banking sector, despite the many reforms initiated by the monetary authorities.
