القيادة الديمقراطية و دورها في إدارة التوتر التنظيمي في المؤسسة التربوية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهمية ودور القيادة الديمقراطية كعامل أساسي في إدارة المؤسسة التربوية، وتحديد أسباب ونتائج هذا التوتر على مستوى الأستاذ وعلى مستوى المؤسسة التربوية، مع إبراز استراتيجيات النمط القيادي الديمقراطي في إنهاء التوترات التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة لتحقيق التوازن والاستقرار الوظيفي . وقد أكدت هذه الدراسة أن الأسلوب القيادي الديمقراطي له دور كبير في احتواء النزاعات والصراعات، وفي إدارة الانفعالات النفسية التي تؤدي إلى حدوث التوترات التنظيمية، ويمكن التحكم فيها من خلال عدة استراتيجيات تكون كحلقة مهمة وبارزة في رفع الروح المعنوية للأساتذة وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة التربوية . The aim of this study to the disclosure of the importance and role of the Democratic leadership essential treated in the management of organizational tension within the educational institution and to identify the causes and results of this tension at the level of the professor and at the level of the educational institution, highlighting the strategies for the type of the democratic leadership in ending the organizational tensions within the institution to achieve balance and stability of tenure. And this study confirmed that the style of leadership of the Democratic Party played a large role in containing conflicts and conflict and in the management of the psychological emotions that lead to tensions, organizational and control through several strategies can be an important link and prominent in lifting the morale of the professors and the achievement of the objectives of the educational institution.
