أثر الثقافة التنظيمية في الإبداع الإداري _دراسة ميدانية في البنوك التجارية لولاية جيجل_

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة، ومستوى الإبداع الإداري في البنوك التجارية لولاية جيجل، من وجهة نظر الموظفين فيها. بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في مستوى الإبداع الإداري. اعتمد الباحثان على أسلوب المسح الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع (80) إستبانة على مجتمع الدراسة، والمتمثل في موظفي البنوك التجارية لوكالات جيجل، وقد تم استرجاع (64) إستبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي أي ما نسبته (80%) من الإستبانات الموزعة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: -وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للثقافة التنظيمية( الثقافة البيروقراطية، الثقافة الإبداعية، والثقافة الداعمة) في مستوى الإبداع الإداري. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the dimensions of the prevailing organizational culture, and the level of Innovation in the administrative Agency of the commercial banks to Jijel, from the point of view of employees . In addition to identifying the extent of the impact of organizational culture prevailing at the administrative level of Innovation . Adopted the researchers relied on the method of scanning the overall study population, were distributed (80) questionnaire on a sample of the study, and of the staff of commercial banks, agencies Jijel, have been retrieved ( 64 ) questionnaire is valid for statistical analysis which is rate ( 80 %) of the questionnaires distributed. The study reached the following findings :. -The results of the study, the presence of statistically significant effect of theorganizational culture ( bureaucratic culture, innovative culture, and supportive culture) on the administrative level of Innovation.
