الأصل الاجتماعي للمرأة العاملة في التعليم وعلاقته بهويتها

Résumé: جاءت الدراسة الحالية و المتمثلة في الأصل الاجتماعي للمرأة العاملة في التعليم و هويتها الاجتماعية و الثقافية والمهنية والتي تهدف إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أصلها الاجتماعي وهويتها وانتهت بتساؤل رئيسي:هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأصل الاجتماعي للمرأة العاملة في التعليم وهويتها؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي المراد من خلاله التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة "الأصل الاجتماعي" والهوية الاجتماعية والثقافية والمهنية للمرأة العاملة في التعليم", كما تم تحديد أداة الدراسة والتي تم تحديدها وفق لطبيعة الموضوع والمتمثلة في الاستمارة مقسمة إلى أربع محاور منها 03 محاور أساسية موجهة لعينة من النساء العاملات بقطاع التعليم والتي اختيرت بطريقة قصدية تكونت من 37 مفردة من ثلاث أنماط عمرانية The current study, represented by the social origin of the working woman in education and her social, cultural and professional identity, which aims to find out the relationship between her social origin and identity, came to the end with a major question: Is there a statistically significant relationship between the social origin of the working woman in education and her identity? In order to answer this question, the researcher followed the descriptive approach through which to identify the nature of the relationship between the study variables "social origin" and the social, cultural and professional identity of women working in education. "The study tool was also identified, which was determined according to the nature of the topic represented in the form divided into four axes. Of them, 03 basic axes addressed to a sample of women working in the education sector, which were chosen in an intentional way consisting of 37 items from three different urban, semi-urban, and rural styles in the city of Ouargla .......
