Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة تأثير أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي على تطوير الكفاءات من خلال دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي آفلو، فيما تمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان استهدف عينة من الموظفين بالمركز الجامعي وتمت الاستعانة ببرنامج spss من أجل تحليل نتائج الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للتعلم التنظيمي على تطوير الكفاءات بالمركز الجامعي عند عتبة معنوية 5 .% This article aims to study the impact of organizational learning dimensions on developing competencies through a case study of the University Center in aflou,, the study tool was a questionnaire targeting a sample of employees at the university center, the spss program was used to analyze the results of the study and test the hypotheses. The study found a positive and statistically significant effect organizational learning on developing competencies in the university center at a significant threshold of 5%.
