الواجهات المعمارية ودورها في ضمان الراحة الحرارية والفعالية الطاقوية حالة المباني الإدارية في الجزائر بين التشريع والواقع

Résumé: للواجهة المعمارية دور هام في ابراز رمزية وجمالية المبنى، الا أن هناك دور أكثر أهمية ألا وهو توفير الحماية ضد الظواهر الطبيعة كأشعة الشمس ودرجة الحرارة والأمطار، فهي بذلك تعمل على توفير الراحة لمستعملي المجال بطريقة طبيعية دون استعمال الأجهزة الكهربائية، غير أننا نجد قطاع الخدمات في الجزائر من بين أكبر القطاعات المستهلكة للطاقة وذلك نظرا للاستعمال العشوائي والغير مدروس لمواد البناء في الواجهة وعناصرها، فنجد نفس المواد المستعملة في الشمال مثل الجنوب، في المناخ البارد مثل المناخ الحار، والذي بدوره يؤثر سلبا على الراحة الحرارية لمستخدمي المجال ويدفعهم الى استعمال أجهزة مستهلكة للطاقة. تسعى هاته الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الهام للاختيار الأمثل للمواد والعناصر المعمارية في واجهات المباني على الرفاهية الحرارية والفعالية الطاقوية للمنشآت الإدارية في الجزائر ومدى تطبيق القوانين المتعلقة بالعزل الحراري، وذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية وقياسات ميدانية ومحاكاة بواسطة برنامج خاص. Abstract: The architectural facade has an important role in highlighting the symbolism and aesthetics of a building, however there is a more important role, which is to provide protection against natural phenomena such as sunlight, temperature and rain, therefore to provide comfort for the field users in a natural way without any need for electrical devices. In Algeria, the administrative service sectors are considered as one of the largest energy consuming sectors due to the indiscriminate use of building materials in the façade and its elements. For instance, we find the same materials that are used in the North as in the South, and in cold climate as in hot climate, forcing them to use energy-consuming devices. This study seeks to highlight the importance of the optimal selection of materials and architectural elements in the architectural facade on the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of administrative buildings in Algeria, and the application of laws related to thermal insulation through analytical study, field measurements and simulations by a special program.
