دور الجزائر الرائد في دعم الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير مصيره

Résumé: يعتبر مبدأ حق المصير من المبادئ الرئيسية في القانون الدولي ويقوم هذا المبدأ على أساس حق الشعوب المستعمرة و المضطهدة و هذا ما أكدت عليه كل قرارات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة وأيضا ميثاقها اذ هذا الحق يرتبط بشكل أساسي بالاستعمار ،و الاحتلال الخارجي الأجنبي حيث عبر عنه القانون الدولي بأنه حق ثابت و يتمتع بالقوة الآمرة و مع تطور القانون الدولي المعاصر و بروز معاهدات و مواثيق حقوق الإنسان كمصدر أساسي بالإضافة إلى ظهور انقسامات داخل كثير من الدول، حروب، مجازر مما أعطى لهذا الحق دلالات جديدة في ظل هذه المتغيرات. فمن المنطق والطبيعي أن يكون للشعب الصحراوي الحق في تقرير مصيره وفي إنشاء دولته المستقلة لقرارات الشرعية الدولية ، و كان للجزائر دورا رياديا لدعم قضية الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير مصيره. Abstrac: The principle of self-determination is one of the fundamental principles of international law and is based on the right of colonized peoples And oppressed and this is confirmed by all the resolutions of the General Assembly of the United Nations and also its charter if this right is linked primarily to colonialism, foreign occupation and foreign, as expressed by international law as a fixed right and enjoy the power of order With the development of contemporary international law and the emergence of human rights treaties and charters as a basic source in addition to the many divisions within many countries, wars and massacres, this gave new meaning under these variables. It is logical and natural for the Saharawi people to have the right to self-determination and to establish their independent state for the resolutions of international legitimacy. Algeria had a leading role in supporting the cause of the Saharawi people in self-determination.
