دراسة مدى توافر أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية أولاد محمد

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى توافر أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة العمومية (المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية اولاد محمد بالشلف أنموذجا)،و من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تستعرض هذه الدراسة مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية و أبعادها في شقها النظري ،كما سلطت الضوء هذه الدراسة في شقها الميداني على المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية من خلال ابراز خصوصية الخدمات الصحية التي تقدمها من جهة و خصوصية نمط تسييرها و التنظيم الذي يحكم عملها من جهة أخرى، و كيف تؤثر هذه الخصائص على قدرتها على تبني ادارة استراتيجية تمكنها من صياغة استراتيجية تتضمن ممارسات اجتماعية . Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent of social responsibility in the public the public hospital. Through the analytical descriptive curriculum, the study reviews the concept of social responsibility and its dimensions in the first axis. This study also shed light in its field part on the public hospital institution by highlighting the specificity of the health services it provides and the specificity of its management pattern and the organization that governs its work and how these characteristics affect its ability to adopt a strategic management that enables it to formulate a strategy Include social practice.
