الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى طلبة الماستر المقبلين على التخرج

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على مستويات كل من الضغط النفسي والطموح لدى طلبة الماستر المقبلين على التخرج وتحديد الفروق بين الطلبة في كل من الضغط النفسي ومستوى الطموح تبعا لمتغير التخصص مع الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغط النفسي ومستوى الطموح ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة إستخدم المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي،وبلغ مجتمع البحث 331)) طالب بمعهد العلوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضيىة جامعة المسيلة للسنة الجامعية (2015¬¬¬ - 2016)، وأخذت عينة من المجتمع الاصلي مانسبته (40%) أي (132)طالبا واختيرت بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة ، وذلك بعد إستبعاد أفراد العينة الاستطلاعية وتم أيضا إستبعاد الإناث والطلبة المعيدين ، واعتمد الباحث على إستبانة الضغط النفسي من إعداد نبيل كامل وإبراهيم الحجار(2005) ،ومقياس مستوى الطموح لمعوض وعبد العظيم(2005)، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا إستخدم كل من الأساليب الإحصائية التالية : المتوسط الحسابي.. وإختبار (T.test) ،إختبار ألفا كرونباخ ،ومعامل الإرتباط بيرسون وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: وجود علاقة إرتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين الضغط النفسي ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة الماستر المقبلين على التخرج . Abstract: The study aims to identify the levels of psychological stress and ambition among the next master students on graduation and determine the differences between the students in both psychological pressure and level of ambition according to the variable of specialization with the disclosure of the nature of the relationship between psychological pressure and the level of ambition and to achieve the objectives of the study using descriptive and corrolating approach ,The research community reached 331 students at the Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and sports Activities-univ of M'sila- for the academic year (2015-2016). A sample of the original society was taken by (40%) or (132) students randomly selected after excluding a sample of failed boys and girls The researcher adopted according to the psychological stress questionnaire by Nabil Kamel and Ibrahim Al-Hajjar (2005), and the level of ambition by Mu'awad and Abdul-Azim (2005),In order to treat the data statistically, the following statistical methods were used: the arithmetic mean, the T.test test, the Alpha Kronbach test, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The study found several results, the most important of which were: A negative correlation between the psychological pressure and the level of ambition for the next master students On graduation.
