تقييم أداء الدول العربية في تحقيق التنمية

Résumé: يشكل تدخل الدولة في الاقتصاد أهمية كبيرة على العملية التنموية على مستوى العـالم، مهـما كـان نظـامه السـياسي و/ أو الاقـتصـادي، فضـلا عن مسـتوى تـقدمه. أكثر من ذلك، لوحـظ أن وجـود الدولـة سيكـون أقوى في وقـت الأزمـات الاقـتصادية والاجتماعية. لقد حاولنا في هذه الدراسة أن نتطرق إلى تقييم أداء الدول في العالم العربي على تحقيق التنمية، من خلال التحليل المؤشرات التالية: مؤشرات الفقر والمؤشرات الصحية ومؤشرات التعليم ومؤشرات البطالة، ومؤشرات الأمن الغذائي. The intervention of state in the economy has generally an important impact on the developmental process over the world, whatever it’s political or/and economical system, as well as its progress level. More than this, it was remarked that the presence of the state would be stronger in time of crisis. We have tried through this article touched on the performance of the state in the Arab world evaluated through the analysis: poverty indicators, health indicators, education indicators, unemployment indicators, food security indicators.
