Résumé: ملخص: يجتاح جميع دول العالم ما اصطلح عليه "خطاب الكراهية"، حيث تشهد المجتمعات انتشارًا واسعًا لهذه الظّاهرة، وتواجه الدول مستويات معقدة من ألوان التعصب التي لا تستهدف الأفراد فقط بل والجماعات والدول أيضا، ويظهر خطاب الكراهية هذا في صورة مضايقات وتهديدات بأوجه متعددة، منها ما هو سياسي وديني واجتماعي وثقافي... ومن ثمة تنوعت جرائم الكراهية، ما بين ممارسة العنف ضد الآخرين في المدرسة وأماكن العمل ودور العبادة وممتلكات الأقليات وغيرها، بواسطة نشر خطاب معادٍ، يمكنه أن يأخذ شكل لوحة أو كتاب أو نص أو ملصق أو أغنية أو فيلم، أو أي إنتاج آخر، ينطوي على عناصر مهينة وتهديدية؛ لإلحاق الأذى بالفئة المستهدفة ومضايقتها وترهيبها وتهميشها، والحطّ من كرامتها وإذلالها، واستغلالها لترسيخ فكرة عدم الاكتراث بها؛ فتظهر الكراهية في الشعارات والمواقف التي تكون غالباً المصدر الرئيس لنشر ثقافة الكراهية، لذا تصاعد هذا الخطاب في دول العالم برمتها، وهو يحتاج لرؤية بعيدة عن المثالية لمواجهته ولتثبيت أسس خطاب التسامح، وقبول الأخر دون مثالية بعيدة عن الواقع.
