Résumé: Abstract- This study aims to know the effect of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership on agricultural exports to the Arab countries by taking the case of Algeria as an example. Being of consequence that the Algerian-EU agreement and despite its all privileges granted it didn’t improve the balance of trade in the agricultural section and it remains negative, which reflected on a poor way upon the covering ratio of agricultural exports compares to the agricultural imports. Also it didn’t improve the competitiveness of some agricultural products that possessed both a Revealed Comparative Advantage and Revealed Bilateral Comparative Advantage and that because of the heavy obstacles practiced by the EU both by customs and noncustoms departments in one hand and in the other hand the internal circumstances of the agricultural production.
