معوقات نفاذ الصادرات الزراعية للدول العربية الشريكة للأسواق الاوروبية
Résumé: ABSTRACT: This Study was done in order to examine and analyze the most important factors that constrained the access of the partners Arab countries to the European markets in order to benefit from these partnerships, for this purpose the descriptive approach was used. The results of the study showed that the final impact for the sum of these obstacles indicated the lack of a vision regarding the real development of agricultural exports for the partners Arab countries to European markets under the provisions of the existing partnership agreements, which at the best provide a narrow outlet for small quantities of the Arab agricultural production. The study most important recommendations include the adjustment of domestic agricultural trade policies, follow-up of trade and qualitative policies of the European Union, and finally attempt to make the most of the financial resources provided by the Euro- Mediterranean partnership programs.
