جريمة التنمر السيبراني ضد الأطفال: "مواجهة التحديات وتعزيز الأمان الرقمي"

Résumé: الاستخدام الواسع للتكنولوجيا أدت إلى انتشار جريمة التنمر السيبراني ضد الأطفال بشكل ملحوظ والتي أصبحت تحديا متناميا في العصر الرقمي وخطرا حقيقيا يهدد سلامتهم وصحتهم النفسية التي قد تصل لحد الانتحار، بحيث أضحى الأطفال يتعرضون لمختلف التهديدات والمضايقات والتنمر عبر الأنترنيت، ومن أجل الحد من هذه الظاهرة لا بد من تكاثف الجهود وسن القوانين الرادعة لزجر المتنمرين والجناة من أجل توفير بيئة ومستقبل رقمي آمن لأطفالنا. Abstract: The widespread use of technology has led to the spread of cyberbullying against children significantly, which has become a growing challenge in the digital age and a real threat to their safety and mental health, which may reach the point of suicide, so that children are exposed to various threats, harassment and bullying via the Internet, and in order to reduce this phenomenon, it is necessary to intensify efforts and enact deterrent laws to discourage bullies and perpetrators in order to provide a digital environment and future for our children.
