دور مخطط التهيئة السياحية و المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية في ترقية و توجيه الإستثمار السياحي
Résumé: ملخص: سعت الدولة الجزائرية إلى وضع استراتيجية جديدة للسياحة الجزائرية تمتد إلى غاية 2025و 2030 و هو ماجاء به المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية،و الذي يعبر عن الإرادة السياسية في تطوير القطاع السياحي و النهوض به و جعله بديلا لقطاع المحروقات مستقبلا،و لهذا عمدت الدولة إلى توفير بيئة مشجعة للإستثمار السياحي من خلال سن مجموعة من التشريعات المنظمة و تقديم تسهيلات فيما يخص العقار السياحي. Abstract: The Algerian state has souglt to develop a new strategy for Algerian tourism that extends until 2025 and 2030,which is what was stated in the guideline for tourism development,which expresses the political will to develop and advance the tourisme sector and make it an alternative to the hydrocarbon sector in the future.An encouraging environment for tourism investment through the issuance of a set of regulating legislation and the provision of facilities regarding tourism real estate.
