تفعيل وتطوير الإدارة الضريبية لمواجهة التحديات المعاصرة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة سبل تطوير الإدارة الضريبية في ظل التحديات المعاصرة ،فقد تم عرض آليات عصرنة الإدارة الضريبية الجزائرية من تحديث لمختلف هياكلها الضريبية و رقمنة إجراءاتها الجبائية، تطرقنا أيضا إلى مختلف التحديات التي واجهت الإدارة الضريبية في إطار تطبيق مشروع العصرنة، حيث تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة استكمال برنامج العصرنة من أجل الإرتقاء إلى إدارة ضريبية إلكترونية فضلا عن وضع الحلول الكافية للتحديات والمشاكل التي تعيق تطور الإدارة الضريبية. Abstract: This research paper aims to study ways to develop Tax administration in light of contemporary challenges. The mechanisms of modernizing the Algerian tax administration have been presented by updating its various tax structures and digitizing its tax procedures. We also touched upon the various challenges that faced the tax administration within the framework of the application of the modernization project, where we reached Through this study, it is necessary to complete the modernization program in order to upgrade to an electronic tax administration, as well as to develop solutions to the challenges and problems that hinder the development of tax administration
