الأنشطة الاقتصادية والنظام المالي في دولة الأمير عبد القادر Economic Activities And Financial System In The State Of Al Amir Abdulkader

Résumé: الاقتصاد شريان الحياة بالنسبة لأي نظام سياسي أو كيان اجتماعي، ذلك أنه يحدّد مدى ثراء المجتمع أو فقره، ولا شك أن الحياة الاقتصادية تستمد وجودها من إمكانيات اقتصادية تتماشى بها المؤسسات المختلفة في الدولة، سواء فيما يتصل بالزراعة أو التجارة أو الصناعة، وإذا كانت موارد الدولة تتحدد من خلال هذه المجالات فإنها تتأثر إيجابا أو سلبا بالوضعية السياسية وطبيعة علاقات الدولة بمحيطها الخارجي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد أهم الأنشطة الاقتصادية في دولة الأمير عبد القادر، ومن ثمة إبراز أسس النظام المالي والجبائي للدولة وتأثيرات أحداث المحيط الداخلي والخارجي على اقتصادها. The economy is the principal motif of any political system or social entity. It determines the richness or poverty of society. There is no doubt that the economic life is derived from the economic potential of the various institutions of the State, whether in relation to agriculture, trade or industry. The purpose of this study is to spot the light on the main economic activities of Al Amir Abdul Kader State, thereby highlighting the foundations of the State's financial and fiscal system and the effects of the internal and external surroundings on its economy.
