دور اليهود في دبلوماسية دولة الأمير عبد القادر

Résumé: عرفت الجزائر كغيرها من الدول عزو فرنسي انتهى باحتلال استيطاني فرنسي لها، وذلك بعد سقوط حكومة الجزائر العثمانية رسميا 5 جويلية 1830م، ورحيل الداي حسين باشا عنها في 10 جويلية 1830م نحو مصر، لكن المقاومة لم تتوقف بسقوط الحكومة الرسمية لتقوم على أيدي الجزائريين الذين انطووا تحت راية الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري مؤسس دولة الجزائر الحديثة المستقلة على أسس دينية إسلامية عربية جزائرية أصيلة، فقد أقام دولة على أسس فعلية، وكانت ذات معالم لسيادة تامة بداية من الحاكم الذي يشمل شخصية الأمير الشرعي المنتخب بالبيعة إلى تكوين هياكل إدارية، وتنظيم المناطق ورسم الحدود، والعلم وصولا إلى عقد المعاهدة والاتفاقيات وتبادله للممثلين مع حكومة فرنسا ممثلين أغلبهم كانوا من اليهود الأهالي وهو أمر ظهر في مراسلات الأمير عبد القادر. Algeria knew a French colonialism, which brought down its official government. Consequently, a local government emerged: the state of Al-Emir Abdelkader Al-Jazaery, which carried all the symbols of power and sovereignty in rule. The French colonialism itself recognised Al-Emir state’s power and concluded several treaties and agreements with it. Those contracts and concords ended with the exchange of diplomatic representatives that he chose amongst the Jews of Algeria, and its senior notables and merchants. They achieved many privileges for him, and thus this representation was the subject of controversy among the French authorities and the Algerian people themselves. Nevertheless, the prince realised with his diplomatic representatives many privileges, political victories, and economic gains throughout the period of his rule and the establishment of his state.
