مكانة وسيط الجمهورية في النظام المؤسساتي الجزائري

Résumé: تكريسا لمبادئ الديمقراطية وتجسيدا لفكرة دولة القانون ،تم استحداث بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 20-45، هيئة وسيط الجمهورية وهي هيئة طعن غير قضائية، تساهم في حماية حقوق المواطنين وحرياتهم ،وفي قانونية سير المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية، و بذلك تمثل رقابة إدارية متخصصة ،تسهر على التخفيف والقضاء على البيروقراطية ومحاربة أوجه التعسف. In order to enshrine the principles of democracy and to embody the idea of the rule of law, the events were executed under presidential decree No. 20-45, the mediation body of the Algerian Republic, a non-judicial appealing body, which contributes to the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, and in the legality of the functioning of public institutions and administrations, and how it represents specialized administrative censorship, ensuring the mitigation and elimination of bureaucracy and fighting abuses.
