أهمية تحليل متغيرات البيئة الداخلية في الرفع من أداء البنوك (نموذج ماكينزي) دراسة ميدانية بثلاث وكالات بمدينة المدية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تحليل عناصر البيئة الداخلية حسب نموذج ماكينزي (الهيكل التنظيمي، الأفراد، الإستراتيجية، نمط الإدارة، الأنظمة والإجراءات، المهارات والثقافة التنظيمية) على الأداء البنكي وإمكانية تطويره. وذلك من خلال التعريف بمفهوم البيئة الداخلية، أهميتها، مداخل تحليلها ثم تناولنا مدخل حول الأداء البنكي وصولا إلى تحديد العلاقة بين مختلف متغيرات البيئة الداخلية ومستوى الأداء باستخدام المنهج الإحصائي، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن تقييم الأداء وفقا لمفهوم تحليل أبعاد البيئة الداخلية يساعد على معرفة جوانب القوة والضعف في هذا الأداء. This study aimed to identify the impact of the analysis of the components of the internal environment according to McKinsey model (structure, staff, strategy, style, systems and procedures, skills, shared value) on banking performance and the possibility of its development. Through the definition of the concept of the internal environment, its importance, their entrances analysis, Then we approached the entrance about banking performance to determine the relationship between the various Internal environment and the level of performance using statistical method. The result showed that the performance evaluation according to the concept of analyzing the dimensions of the internal environment helps to know the strengths and weaknesses in this performance
