Résumé: ملخص: قام المشرع بموجب القانون 15- 12 المؤرخ في 15 جويلية 2015 المتعلق بحماية الطفل، بضمان حماية اجتماعية للطفل في خطر وذلك بإبعاده عن مختلف مسببات الانحراف والجنوح، حيث استحدث هيئات اجتماعية ذات طابع وقائي تتكفل بحماية الطفل في خطر من بينها أجهزة مصالح الوسط المفتوح على المستوى المحلي، و الهيئة الوطنية لحماية و ترقية الطفولة على المستوى الوطني. ABSTRACT: The legislator adoption in according of Law 15-12 of 15 July 2015 on the protection of the child, has ensured social protection for the child in danger, by removing it from various causes of delinquency through the creation preventive social bodies to protect the child in danger, such as community services open at the local level and the National Authority for the Protection and Promotion of Children at the national level.
