حماية الطفل في خطر – دراسة تحليلية على ضوء القانون رقم 15-12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل

Résumé: : ملخص أصدر المشرع الجزائري القانون رقم 15/12 المتعلّق بحماية الطفل بتاريخ 19جويلية2015 وجمع فيه بين نوعين الحماية الإجتماعية والقضائية تجاه الطفل في خطر وتجسدت هذه الحماية إنشاء هيئات إجتماعية وطنية ومحلية، أسندت إليها مهمة حماية الطفل في خطر ومن هنا تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور كل من الهيئة الوطنية لحماية وترقية الطفولة وكذا مصالح الوسط المفتوح إلى .جانب دور قاضي الأحداث تجاه الطفل في خطر و الطفل الضحية Abstract : The Algerian legislator promulgated the law N°15/12 concerning the child protection on July 19th 2015, by which he combined two types of protection, social and judicial about child at risk. This protection has been embodied in the setting up of national and local social authorities that were tasked with child at risk protection. Therefore, this study aims to clarify the role of the national authority for childhood protection and promotion in addition to the services of the open environment as well as the role of the juvenile judge about child at risk and the victim child.
