Résumé: القارئ لخريطة الولاية الرابعة التاريخية، يقف على الأبعاد الجغرافية والاستراتيجية للتنظيم الثوري من انطلاقته في المنطقة الرابعة في 1 نوفمبر 1954، حتى ترقيتها إلى الولاية الرابعة بمقتضى قرارات مؤتمر الصومام في 20 أوت 1956، وعرفت ندرة السلاح والعتاد، مما اضطر قيادة الولاية بتكليف المجاهدين بالتوجه إلى المغرب وتونس من أجل الحصول على الدعم اللوجيستي، كما أن سياسة العدو في اختراق الثورة وسلم الشجعان لم تثني قيادة الولاية الرابعة عن مواصلة الكفاح المسلح حتى تحقيق النصر عام 1962. يهدف البحث في دراسة قيادة التنظيم الثوري في المنطقة الرابعة من 1 نوفمبر 1954، والولاية الرابعة من مؤتمر الصومان في 20 أوت 1956، في تحقيق الهدف الأول لبيان نوفمبر في انطلاق الكفاح المسلح وقضية التسلح، والانتصارات التي حققتها قيادة الولاية الرابعة لاحتواء مشاريع ديغول في القضاء على الثورة واحتوائها. توصلنا إلى ثبات قيادة الولاية الرابعة في تحقيق أهداف المرجع الأساسي للثورة، وخاصة تأمين التسلح والانتصار في حماية الثورة من خطر الاختراق وسلم الشجعان حتى الاستقلال عام 1962. The reader of the map of the historical fourth wilaya stands on the geographical and strategic dimensions of the revolutionary organization from its inception in the fourth region on november 1, 1954, until its promotion to the fourth state under the decisions of the Soumam conference on august 20, 1956, and knew the scarcity of weapons and equipment, which forced the state leadership to assign the mujahideen to go to Morocco and Tunisia in order to obtain logistical support. The enemy's policy of infiltrating the revolution and saluting the brave did not discourage the leadership of the fourth term from continuing the armed struggle until victory in 1962. The research aims to study the leadership of the revolutionary organization in the fourth region of november 1, 1954, and the fourth mandate of the Soumam conference on august 20, 1956, in achieving the first goal of the november statement in the start of the armed struggle and the issue of armaments, and the victories achieved by the leadership of the fourth state to contain de Gaulle's projects in eliminating and containing the revolution. We reached the steadfastness of the leadership of the fourth term in achieving the objectives of the main reference of the revolution, especially securing armaments and victory in protecting the revolution from the danger of penetration and the peace of the brave until independence in 1962.
