قراءة تاريخية في العام الأول من اتفاقيات إيفيان 18 مارس 1962-18 مارس 1963: بين مبدأ المفاوضات على أساس الاعتراف بالسيادة لدى الشعب الجزائري وممارسة الدولة الجزائرية لمبدأ الحق الإشراف الفعلي على الثروات الوطنية.

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة وتحليل اتفاقيات إيفيان في عامها الأول (18 مارس 1962-18 مارس 1963)، وإبراز مغزى تحقيق الهدف الثالث في بيان 1 نوفمبر 1954 وهو المفاوضات على أساس الاعتراف بالسيادة لدى الشعب الجزائري وعيد النصر يوم 19 مارس 1962 وهو تطبيق وقف أطلاق النار، من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية، كشف دلالة نجاح الدولة الجزائرية في العام الأول من استرجاع السادة الوطنية الكاملة في التخلص من الصعوبات التي لها علاقة بمصير الأقلية الأوروبية والامتيازات التي كانت تطمع إلى التمتع بها في الجزائر بعد الاستقلال. وهكذا مارست الحكومة الجزائرية مبدأ السيادة الكاملة بمقتضى قرار تأميم الأملاك الشاغرة الصادر في 18 مارس 1963 فكانت منطلقا للثورة الاجتماعية في البلاد، وردا على قرار ديغول من جانب واحد القيام بتفجيرات نووية في منطقة الهوقار. This article aims to study and analyze the Evian Conventions in their first year (march 18, 1962-march 18, 1963), and to highlight the significance of achieving the third goal in the november 1, 1954 statement, which is negotiations based on the recognition of sovereignty among the algerian people and victory day on march 19, 1962, which is the implementation of a ceasefire, on the one hand, on the other hand, he revealed the significance of the success of the algerian state in the first year of the restoration of full national gentlemen in eliminating the difficulties related to the fate of the european minority and the privileges it aspired to enjoy in Algeria after independence. And thus the algerian government exercised the principle of full sovereignty under the decision to nationalize vacant property issued on march 18, 1963, starting with the social revolution in the country, and in response to de Gaulle's unilateral decision to carry out nuclear explosions in the Hogar region.
