الهوية الثقافية وخطر الاستلاب المزدوج في الفكر القومي العربي المعاصر

Résumé: ملخص: الهدف من هذا البحث، هو لفت الانتباه، إلى الكثير من الخلط الناجم عن المطابقة بين مسألة الهوية الثقافية والتراث، والاعتقاد أن الهوية مبدأ ثابت لا يتغير، ولا يدرك بشكل صحيح،إلا من خلال العودة إلى الماضي ، والأخذ بقيم السلف ، إذ كان رد الفعل لهذا الاعتقاد، تطرف حداثي أنكر التراث وقلل من شأن الهوية والخصوصية، وأباح الاندماج في الثقافة الغربية، والأصح أن مسألة الهوية الثقافية لا تحسم بالأخذ بواحد من الطرفين، ولا تكفي فيها العقلية السجالية، بل تتحدد الهوية الثقافية من خلال سياسة ثقافية ديمقراطية، غير إقصائية. انتهى هذا البحث إلى أن مناقشة مسألة الهوية الثقافية، يمكن أن تكون مثمرة متى تخلى العقل العربي عن تسطيح القضايا، وتحلى بالنظرة الموضوعية ، التي تأخذ في الحسبان الوضع الحضاري للأمة والواقع السياسي السائد، لأن أي تطرف في تناول الموضوع، يخدم بالضرورة جهة سياسية ما على حساب فهم حقيقة الهوية الثقافية Abstract The aim of this research paper is to focus on the confusion resulted from relating cultural identity to traditions, believing that identity is a static entity and cannot be perceived unless related to the past. Such a belief has resulted into an extremist reaction that rejected the traditions and devaluated the privacy of identity leading to the adaptation of occidental culture. To be fair, the question of identity cannot be settled down by going on this controversy or by taking into account the view of part only, however, it is through a democratic and cultural policy and without excluding any part. The research shows that the discussion over cultural identity can be a beneficial and fruitful one, when it is rational and objective and by taking into consideration both the civilization as well as the current political status of the nation because any extremist view will result into a wrong interpretation of the question.
