الحياة الاقتصادية في الجنوب الغربي ابان الاحتلال الفرنسي من خلال فتاوى الشيخ مولاي أحمد الطاهري

Résumé: الملخص: إن طبيعة الحياة الاقتصادية تختلف على حسب الزمان والمكان ونشاطات الإنسان، وهذا المقال يضع لنا صورة واضحة وشاملة لمختلف أنماط النشاط الاقتصادي في منطقة الجنوب الغربي من خلال فتاوى الشيخ مولاي أحمد الطاهري. وقد هدف البحث ليعرِّفنا بطبيعة النمط الاقتصادي في تلك المنطقة (النشاط الفلاحي، والنشاط التجاري)، ويعرِّفنا كذلك بالسعي الفرنسي للهيمنة على الاقتصاد وخاصة استخراج الثروات الباطنية. وباستعمال المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي لفتاوى الشيخ مولاي أحمد استطعنا الوقوف على أهم ما ميّز الحياة الاقتصادية في تلك المنطقة في مختلف أشكالها وتفاصيلها، فقد تميّز النشاط الاقتصادي بهيمنة الانتاج الفلاحي وخاصة انتاج التمور، وباستعمال الطرق التقليدية في الانتاج. وتميّز أيضا بهيمنة فرنسا ومراقبتها للأسواق، ثم بسيطرتها على استخراج الثروات الأرضية، وبيّنت حجم التعامل الاقتصادي مع الاحتلال المفروض على السكان. كما عُرِفت المنطقة بكثرة الأوقاف؛ وخاصة لتمويل النشاط الديني. Abstract : The nature of economic life varies according to time, place and human activities, and this article gives us a clear and comprehensive picture of the various types of economic activity in the South-West through the fatwas of Sheikh Moulay Ahmed Tahiri. The research aims to inform us of the nature of the economic pattern in that region (agricultural activity and commercial activity), and we also know the French quest to dominate the economy, especially the extraction of underground resources. Using the inductive and analytical approach of Sheikh Moulay Ahmed's opinions, we have been able to discern the most important features of the economic life in this region in its various forms and details. Economic activity was characterized by the predominance of agricultural production, especially the production of dates, and the use of traditional methods of production. He also distinguished the dominance of France and its control of the markets, and then its control over the extraction of land wealth, and showed the magnitude of economic dealings with the occupation imposed on the population. The region was also known for its many endowments, especially for funding religious activity.
