Résumé: يتناول المقال تأثير الأقلية في شركات المساهمة، كونه يعد من المواضيع الهامة في قانون الأعمال نظرا لارتباطه بمصلحة الشركة والمساهمين، فيتبين أن الأقلية تمارس وظيفة أساسية داخل الشركة، وظيفة تسمح بإقامة التوازن الذي يمكن أن يفقد نتيجة خروج الأغلبية عن الطريق السوي، فتكون هذه الأغلبية تحت رقابة دائمة من الأقلية. The article deals with the influence of the minority in joint stock companies, as it is one of the important topics in business law due to its connection with the interest of the company and the shareholders.
