Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، حيث تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان من اجل الحصول على البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS النسخة 25، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى انه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عملية التوظيف وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، وعيله اوصت الدراسة انه يجب على المؤسسة الاهتمام بدرجة كبير بعملية التوظيف. This study aims to know the role of social responsibility towards employees in promoting the behavior of organizational citizenship, where the descriptive and analytical approach was followed. The questionnaire tool was used in order to obtain and analyze data using the statistical program SPSS version 25, and the study concluded that there is no significant relationship A statistic between the recruitment process and the organizational citizenship behavior, and its dependents. The study recommended that the organization should pay great attention to the recruitment process
