Abstract: the final judicial rulings and decisions are considered official documents confirming private real estate ownership. Among these rulings we find the judicial ruling relate to the division of common money. Wich the legislator subjected,similar to official and administrative conracts , to compulsory real estate registration, sot ha this ruling must include subject of ownership, such as location , borders and area so tha it can be declared in the real estate governorate.
