فاعلیة برنامج معرفي سلوكي للتكفل النفسي بطفل إلى الشارع

Résumé: The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a proposed care program based on cognitive behavioral therapy strategies and techniques supported by family counseling sessions in reducing aggressive behavior as well as developing a positive attitude towards the family among a child to the street, in order to protect him from homelessness and reintegration him with his family and help him on achieving adaptation and integration in the community and thus return to the normal life path. The researcher used the clinical method based on individual case study as one of the most important style of clinical experimentation, by using the (AB) design, one of the single-case experiments designs, (a) represents the baseline phase and (b) represents the treatment or intervention phase. The proposed care program was applied to three cases of children to the street who were chosen in a purposive manner. The study tools are : Clinical Interview, Adolescent Aggressive and Hostile Behavior Questionnaire by Amal Baza, Irrational Ideas Supported the aggressive Behavior Questionnaire by Fatiha Bellasla, The study results are :The Contribution of the proposed care program partially to reduce aggressive behavior and develop a positive attitude towards the family among a child to the street. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج تكفلي مقترح قائم على استراتيجيات وفنيات العلاج المعرفي السلوكي ومدعوما بجلسات إرشاد أسري في خفض السلوك العدواني وكذا تنمية الاتجاه الإيجابي نحو الأسرة لدى طفل إلى الشارع؛ وذلك لوقايته من التشرد في الشوارع واعادة دمجه بأسرته ومساعدته على تحقيق التكيف والاندماج في المجتمع وبالتالي العودة به لمسار الحياة الطبيعية المناسبة لنشأته، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الإكلينيكي معتمدة على أسلوب دراسة الحالة المفردة باعتباره من أهم أساليب التجريب الإكلينيكية عملية، متبعة في ذلك تصميم (أ-ب) وهو أحد تصميمات تجارب الحالة المفردة حيث تمثل (أ) مرحلة الخط القاعدي و(ب) تمثل مرحلة المعالجة أو التدخل، وتم تطبيق البرنامج التكفلي المقترح عمى ثلاث حالات من أطفال إلى الشارع تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، استعانت الباحثة في دراستها بمجموعة من الأدوات وهي: المقابلة العيادية، مقياس السلوك العدواني والعدائي للمراهقين ل"أمال باظه"، مقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية الداعمة للعدوان من إعداد "بلعسلة فتيحة"، اختبار ساكس لتكملة الجمل، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة مساهمة البرنامج التكفلي المقترح جزئيا في خفض السلوك العدواني وتنمية الاتجاه الايجابي نحو الأسرة لدى طفل إلى الشارع.
