التحول الرقمي في التعليم العالي (أهداف، متطلبات، تحديات)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى عرض بعض الحيثيات النظرية المتعلقة بموضوع التحول الرقمي في التعليم العالي بحيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لتحليل مختلف الادبيات التي وردت في الموضوع. وذلك بعرض إطار مفاهيمي لما يسمى بالتحول الرقمي بالإضافة إلى التطرق لفلسفة التحول الرقمي في التعليم العالي، كما تطرقنا أيضا لمكونات التعلم الرقمي وتقنيات استخدام الرقمنة في التعليم العالي ومميزات التحول الرقمي وأهميته وأهدافه وما يتطلب لتجسيده بالإضافة إلى تأثيره على عملية التعليم والتحديات التي تواجهه. وفي الأخير ذكرنا بعض التوصيات التي توصلنا إليها من خلال دراستنا وتحليلنا للموضوع المبحوث. ومما خلصنا إليه أنه لابد من تدعيم ونشر ثقافة التحول الرقمي وخاصة في التعليم العالي لما لها من مزايا وفوائد على مختلف عناصر العملية التعليمية بالإضافة إلى توفيره لمتطلبات ضمان الجودة واللحاق بالركب العالمي في العملية التعليمية. This study aimed to present some theoretical rationales related to the topic of digital transformation in higher education, so that the descriptive approach was adopted to analyze the various literature contained on the topic. This is by presenting a conceptual framework for what is called digital transformation, in addition to addressing the philosophy of digital transformation in higher education. We also touched on the components of digital learning, techniques for using digitization in higher education, the advantages of digital transformation, its importance, goals, and what is required to achieve it, in addition to its impact on the education process and the challenges it faces. Finally, we mentioned some of the recommendations that we reached through our study and analysis of the researched topic. From what we concluded, it is necessary to support and spread the culture of digital transformation, especially in higher education, because of its advantages and benefits on the various elements of the educational process, in addition to providing the requirements for quality assurance and catching up with the global trend in the educational process.
