Résumé: تلعب تقنية البلوك تشين دورا كبيرا في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، فهي توفر فرصا جديدة لهذه المؤسسات لتحسبن كفاءتها وتقليل التكاليف وزيادة الأرباح، كما تفتح تقنية البلوك تشين لها الأبواب لولوج الأسواق العالمية وتوسيع دائرة العملاء، غير أن هذه المؤسسات قد تواجه العديد من العراقيل والتحديات القانونية والتنظيمية التي تحول دون تبني هذه المؤسسات لتقنية البلوك تشين، الامر الذي يدعو إلى ضرورة تمهيد البنية التحتية القانونية والتنظيمية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لتبني تقنية البلوك تشين. Blockchain technology plays a significant role in improving the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It provides new opportunities for these enterprises to enhance their efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profits. Additionally, blockchain technology opens doors for them to enter global markets and expand their customer base. However, these enterprises may face numerous legal and regulatory challenges that hinder their adoption of blockchain technology. This situation calls for the necessity of paving the legal and regulatory infrastructure for SMEs to adopt blockchain technology
