أساليب إدارة الوقت وعلاقته بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى رؤساء أقسام ومصالح المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة

Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين أساليب إدارة الوقت والالتزام التنظيمي لدى رؤساء أقسام ومصالح المؤسسة المينائية، وبغرض الإجابة على التساؤل المطروح فقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي. حيث تضمنت الدراسة جانبين: جانب نظري تطرقنا فيه لكل ما يتعلق بمتغيرات إدارة الوقت وأساليبه والالتزام التنظيمي. وجانب ميداني من خلاله تم التحقق من الفرضيات المطروحة. ولقد اخترنا المؤسسة المينائية سكيكدة لتطبيق دراستنا؛ فقمنا بتوزيع الاستمارة على 85 عامل وتمكنا من استرجاع 77 اجابه صالحة للتفريغ والتحليل مستخدمين في ذلك معامل ارتباط بيرسون، معامل ألفا كرونباخ، المتوسط الحسابي، وفي النهاية توصلنا إلى نتائج مفادها: وجود مستوى مرتفع من الالتزام التنظيمي لدى رؤساء أقسام ومصالح المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة. كما توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة موجبة ضعيفة جدا بين أساليب إدارة الوقت والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عينة البحث وقدرت ب 0.176، أيضا توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ضعيفة بين أسلوبي الإدارة بالتفويض والإدارة بالأهداف لدى رؤساء أقسام ومصالح المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة والتي قدرت ب 0.22 و0.49 على التوالي. أما عن الأسلوب الأكثر استخداما فهو أسلوب الإدارة بالتفويض بمتوسط حسابي 0.73. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between time management methods and organizational commitment among the heads of departments and interests of the port institution, and for the purpose of answering the question posed, we used the descriptive approach. The study included two aspects: A theoretical aspect in which we dealt with everything related to the variables of time management, its methods and organizational commitment, A field aspect through which the hypotheses were verified. We also chose the port institution of Skikda to implement our study. We distributed the questionaire among 85 workers and were able to retrieve 77 answer, valid for loading and analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the arithmetic mean, and in the end we reached the results that: There is a high level of organizational commitment among the heads of departments and interests of the Port institution in Skikda. We also found a very weak positive relationship between time management methods and organizational commitment in the research sample where it was estimated at 0.176. We also found a weak correlation between the two methods of delegation management and management by objectives among the heads of departments and interests of the port institution in Skikda, which was estimated at 0.22 and 0.49, respectively.As for the most used method, it is the management method by delegation with an average of 0.73.
