دور صناعة التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الدول العربية The Role Of Financial Technology Industry In Enhancing Financial Inclusion In Arabic Countries

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى كل الدول نحو مسايرة التطورات الحاصلة الجانب المالي، حيث نجد أن الدول العربية عملت ولا تزال تبذل مجهودات لدمج مختلف شرائح المجتمع خاصة المهمشة منها في المنظومة المالية. لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة أساسا الى تحليل واقع الشمول المالي في الدول العربية ومدى مساهمة و نجاعة التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيزه، مع ابراز تجارب بعض الدول وأهم التحديات التي تواجهه، إضافة الى الجهود و المبادرات الوطنية المتخذة في الدول العربية لدعمه. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود آليات فعالة للتكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الدول العربية، مع احتلال هذه الدول المراكز الأخيرة سواء في التكنولوجيا المالية أو الشمول المالي. All countries aim to keep up the development in the financial aspect. Hence, Arab countries make efforts to merge the different segments of society, particularly, the marginalized groups in the financial system. This study aims to analyze the reality of financial inclusion in the Arab countries and its contribution to enhancing financial technology and clarify the main experiences of Arab countries, challenges, and the most national initiatives. Findings show the ineffectiveness of financial technology mechanisms in enhancing financial inclusion in Arab countries. Yet, these countries still have low levels in both financial technology and financial inclusion.
