التوزيع في المؤسسة االقتصادية دراسة حالة اتصاالت الجزائر -وكالة المسيلة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهمية مكانة التوزيع المستخدمة من مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر بالمسيلة، ومن أجل ذلك تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية لمعرفة بالمؤسسة دراسة الحالة وباستخدام طريقة المقابلة، وقد تم التحليل والكشف عن عالقات التأثير بين التوزيع و وظائف التوزيع. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة مساهمة سياسة التوزيع المستخدمة من طرف مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر من خالل وظائف التوزيع وعناصر التوزيع المادي. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا إلى أهمية وظيفة التوزيع داخل المؤسسة، وذلك من خالل تعزيز االهتمام بعناصر المزيج التسويقي وعلى التوزيع بصفة خاصة لترسيخ مفهوم الجودة في خدماتها و لزيادة رضا متعامليها. This study aims to determine the importance of the distribution position used by the Algeria Telecom Corporation in M'sila. For this purpose, a field study was conducted to learn about the institution, a case study, and using the interview method. The influence relationships between distribution and distribution functions were analyzed and revealed. The study concluded that the degree of contribution of the distribution policy used by the Algeria Telecom Corporation through distribution functions and physi cal distribution elements. The results of the study also showed the importance of the distribution function within the organization, by enhancing attention to the elements of the marketing mix and to distribution in particular, to establish the concept of quality in its services and to increase the satisfaction of its customers.
