Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من أهم العناصر الرئيسية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في جميع دول العالم حيث أنها تستحوذ على النسبة الأعلى من بين جميع أنواع المشاريع الاقتصادية، هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في أهمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر والتي تعيق نموها وتطورها. Abstract: Small and medium enterprises is one of the most important key elements in achieving economic and social development in all countries of the world where it accounts for the highest percentage among all types of economic projects, study aimed to look at the importance of small and medium enterprises, and to identify constraints faced by small and medium enterprises in Algeria and that hamper their growth and development.
