الآليات الامنية لمكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية الاقليمية تعزيزا للأمن المجتمعي الجزائري منطقة الساحل الافريقي نموذجا Security Mechanisms To Combat Regional Illegal Immigration To Enhance Algerian Community Security - The African Sahel Region - As A Model

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة لتحليل الاليات الامنية الجزائرية وفق مقاربة امنية لحماية امنها المجتمعي امام افرازات ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية مع التاكيد ان هذه الاليات ليست متناقضة مع المقاربة الانسانية بل الهدف هو احتواء الظاهرة والتقليل من السيلان البشري المتاتي من منطقة الساحل الافريقي . سوف تستعرض العلاقة بين الهجرة وارتفاع التهديدات الموجهة للامن المجتمعي ، اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها من خلال دراسة الظاهرة وتداعياتها ان الهجرة غير الشرعية تهديد للامن المجتمعي القائم على الهوية واللغة والثقافة والدين. Abstract: The study aims to analyze the Algerian security mechanisms according to a security approach to protect its societal security in the face of the repercussions of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, while emphasizing that these mechanisms are not in contradiction with the humanitarian approach, but rather the goal is to contain the phenomenon and reduce the human flow coming from the African Sahel region. It will review the relationship between Immigration and the rise of threats to community security. The most important results reached through studying the phenomenon and its repercussions are that illegal immigration is a threat to community security based on identity, language, culture and religion.
