الهجرة غير الشرعية في الساحل الإفريقي: أسبابها وتداعياتها على الأمن الجزائري

Résumé: تعاني الجزائر من ثقل تابعات الهجرة غير الشرعية لما تحدثه من انعكاسات سلبية على أمنها الوطني، ونظرا لما تشهده منطقة الساحل الافريقي من ظروف أمنية واجتماعية واقتصادية جد متدهورة فقد دفع ذلك بالساحليين إلى اختيار حل الهجرة نحو الشمال ولو بصورة غير شرعية، والجزائر بعدما كانت تمثل لهم منطقة عبور نحو أوربا، أصبحت دولة إقامة دائمة وهو ما يهدد أمنها الوطني واستقرارها. تهدف هذه الدراسة تبيان أسباب الهجرة غير الشرعية من الساحل الافريقي، وتداعياتها السلبية على الأمن الوطني الجزائري مع الإشارة إلى أحسن السبل للتعامل مع الظاهرة. Algeria suffers from the consequences of illegal immigration due to its negative repercussions on its national security, and given the very deteriorating security, social and economic conditions in the Sahel this has prompted the coastal people to choose a solution to migration towards the north even if Illegally, Algeria, after it was a transit area for them to Europe, has become a permanent state, which threatens its national security and stability. This study aims to clarify the causes of illegal immigration from the Sahel, and its negative repercussions on the Algerian national security, with an indication of the best ways to deal with the phenomenon
