صراع الأدوار وعلاقته بالتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي عند الطالبة الجامعية المتزوجة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة بين صراع الأدوار والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي عند الطالبات المتزوجات، ودراسة الفروق في مستوى صراع الأدوار تبعا لمتغيري عدد الأبناء والمستوى الدراسي.لتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تبني مقياس صراع الأدوار لـ هولهان وجيلبرت ومقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لشقير، على عينة قوامها 57 طالبة متزوجة بجامعة خميس مليانة.توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : -لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين صراع الأدوار والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي عند أفراد العينة. -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المتزوجات في صراع الأدوار تعزى لمتغير عدد الأبناء. -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى الطالبات المتزوجات في مستوى صراع الأدوار تعزى لمتغير مستوى الدراسة (ليسانس/ماستر). The study aimed to investigate the relationship between role conflict and psychosocial adjustment among married female students, and to study the differences in the level of role conflict according to the number of children and the educational level variable (licence /Master), To achieve this, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The role-conflict scale and Chakir scale of psychosocial adaptation were adopted on a sample of 57 married female students at Khemis Miliana University, The study reached the following results: -There is no correlation between role conflict and psychosocial adjustment among the sample members. - There are no statistically significant differences between married female students in the level of role conflict due to the variable number of children , as well as to the academic level variable
