صراع الأدوار عند الطالبة الجامعية المتزوجة

Résumé: الملخــص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى صراع الأدوار لدى الطالبات الجامعيات المتزوجات بجامعة بسكرة (قطب شتمة) ومعرفة تأثير متغيرات : سن الطالبة ، نوع أسرة الطالبة ، مكان سكن الطالبة.وقد بينت نتائج هذه الدراسة ما يأتي : • تعاني طالبات جامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة من مستوى صراع أدوار مرتفع . • توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير سن الطالبة . • توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير نوع أسرة الطالبة . • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير مكان سكن الطالبة (مدينة ، قرية) Abstract: This study aimed to find out the level of the struggle that caused by the multi-roles of married university woman students at Biskra University (Qutb Chetma) and to know also the impact of the diffrent variables according to : the age , the type of family of each woman , the residence of every married university. the results of this Study is below: 1) The married woman students of Mohammed Khaider University suffer from a high level of struggle of roles. 2) There are statistically significant differences due to the change in the age of The married woman students. 3) There are statistically significant differences due to the change in the type of family of The married woman students. 4) There are no statistically significant differences due to the student's place of residence (city, village)
