المسؤولية الاجتماعية في منظمات الأعمال: بين الواجب الأخلاقي والبحث عن الاستدامة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية وضرورة تطبيق منظمات الأعمال للمسؤولية الاجتماعية كواجب أخلاقي ودورها في بقاء واستمرارية منظمات الأعمال، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن منظمات الأعمال وباعتبارها جزءا لا يتجزأ من المجتمع ملزمة بالقيام بواجباتها الأخلاقية اتجاه المجتمع والبيئة وذلك من خلال تطبيقها لبرامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية الخاصة بها، وهذا الالتزام ينعكس إيجابا في تحقيق أهداف المجتمع وأهداف المنظمة التي تسعى إلى تعزيز مركزها التنافسي وضمان استمراريتها واستدامتها. This research paper aims to highlight the importance and necessity of business organizations applying social responsibility as an ethical duty and its role in the viability and continuity of business organizations, The study found that business organizations, as an integral part of society, are obliged to carry out their ethical duties towards society and the environment by applying their social responsibility programs, This commitment is reflected positively in the achievement of community objectives and goals of the organization seeking to strengthen their competitive position and to ensure its continuity and sustainability.
