أثر الابداع الإداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى ابراز أثر الابداع الاداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع ولاية الجلفة، وذلك من خلال التطرق للإبداع الإداري من جهة، والأداء الوظيفي من جهة أخرى، ثم محاولة تسليط الضوء على دراسة أثر الابداع الاداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود الأثر الفعال لأبعاد الابداع الإداري في المساهمة في تحسين وتطوير الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة The study aims to highlight the impact of administrative creativity on improving job performance at the Sonelgaz Corporation, Djelfa branch, by addressing administrative creativity on the one hand, and job performance on the other, and then trying to shed light on studying the impact of administrative creativity on improving job performance from the point of view of employees The institution under study. The study concluded that there is an effective impact of the dimensions of administrative creativity in contributing to the improvement and development of job performance from the point of view of the study sample.
