أثر الابداع الإداري على الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة تو تراجي سوفت حاسي مسعود ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الابداع الاداري بمؤسسة توتراجي سوفت وكذا مستوى الأداء الوظيفي، بالإضافة إلى معرفة أثر الابداع الإداري بأبعاده المحددة على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي، تكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف من الموظفين الإداريين بمؤسسة توتراجي سوفت ورقلة والبالغ عددهم ) 80 (، حيث قمنا بتوزيع الإستبانة عليهم جميعا من خلال عدة زيارات ميدانية، و استرد منها ) 72 ( إستبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، و اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في معالجة هذا البحث للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، و لتحليل البيانات تم الاعتماد على عدة أساليب إحصائية منها: مقاييس الإحصاء الوصفي، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد.........إلخ. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة النتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الابداع الاداري و الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة جاء مرتفعا، وتبين وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للإبداع الإداري بأبعاده المختلفة على الأداء الوظيفي، حيث فسر متغير الابداع الاداري ) 69.2%( من التغيرات الحاصلة في مست وى الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة المبحوثة و ذلك بالاعتماد على قيمة معامل التحديد 2R. . وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة اهتمام المؤسسة بالإبداع الإداري من خلال تقديم الحوافز المناسبة لما له من أهمية كبيرة في رفع الأداء الوظيفي والحفاظ على مكانتها في مجال نشاطها، وتشجيع الأفكار الإبداعية التي تجنب المؤسسة العديد من التكاليف وتساهم في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الابداع الإداري، الاصالة، المرونة، الطلاقة، قبول المخاطرة، الحساسية للمشكلات، التحليل، الأداء الوظيفي. Abstract The aim of this study was to identify the level of administrative creativity in the Foundation of Tous Tradjet Soft and the level of functional performance, in addition to know the impact of administrative creativity in its dimensions at the level of functional performance, the target population of the study consisted of administrative staff of the Foundation of Tous Tradjet Soft in Ouargla (80), Where we distributed the questionnaire to all of them through several field visits, (72) questionnaire valid for statistical analysis. We relied on the descriptive approach in the treatment of this research to reach the results of the study. The analysis of the data was based on several statistical methods, including statistical measures in, multiple regression analysis ......... etc. The results of the study were as follows: The level of administrative creativity and functional performance in the foundation under study was high. It was found that there was a statistically significant effect of administrative creativity on its various dimensions on functional performance. The administrative creativity variable (69.2%) of the changes in functional performance in the selected foundation, depending on the value of the R2 selection factor. The study concluded many recommendations, the most important of which is: the need for the attention of the foundation to administrative creativity through providing the appropriate incentives because of its great importance in raising the functional performance and maintain its position in the field of its activities and encourage creative ideas that avoid the establishment of many costs and contribute to achieve a competitive advantage.
